We make every effort to provide you with optimal shipping and delivery service. Generally, we ship your orders from China by air freight. Please note that air freight is not a fixed mode of transport; we will choose the most suitable mode of transport based on your delivery address, the volume and weight of the goods, and other factors.
Shipping costs:
Standard delivery (10 to 18 business days): Free.
Tips
shipping: We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal payments.
Although prices may be displayed in different currencies, orders will be processed in US dollars by default.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified. Your order preparation will begin immediately after verification.
You will receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within 3 to 5 business days after it has been fully processed.

This method is suitable for orders placed in France. This strategy aims to clearly inform you of our transport strategies and systems. By making a purchase on this store, you accept the following conditions.

Delivery time is divided into two parts:
Order processing time:
Approximately 1 to 4 business days. This is the time between the customer placing the order and it being sent to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days after confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience delays. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. In this case, we make every effort to minimize shipping delays.
Delivery time:
approximately 10 to 18 business days. The order cutoff time is 5 PM (Pacific Time). After this cutoff time, orders received on the same day will not be processed. The total delivery time, from the receipt of the order, is generally 11 to 22 business days. This period may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks, bad weather, strikes, etc. Our products are shipped by UPS, USPS, and FedEx .
Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification.
If your order has just shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If your order is already in transit and no updates have been made for several days, tracking will usually be updated as soon as the package reaches the next stage of its journey (this can take between 3 and 7 business days). Thank you for your patience.

Address change:
Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us by email at contact@womolighting.fr or via our online chatbot within 24 hours of your order.
Delivery delay:
Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs checks, bad weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at contact@womolighting.fr within 24 hours of your order. We will check the situation with the carrier as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order cancellation:
All orders placed on our website can be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us promptly, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
However, we regret that we cannot cancel orders that are already in transit or processed.
Regarding taxes:
No additional charges will be made once your order is confirmed. In some cases, VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees may be applied by your destination country. However, in our experience, this is very rare.
If you have any questions about taxes, you can inquire about the customs regulations in your country. We remain at your disposal for any assistance.
Missing items:
We apologize if an order is held up in customs, returned, or lost during delivery! Please contact our customer service at contact@womolighting.fr for any refund or replacement requests.
