Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return and exchange

1. Your fixture must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. The fixture must be unused.

3. Your return must include all items that were in the original packaging.

4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method. 

General Return Procedure

1. Initiate a return

You will need to email  contact@womolighting.fr with your order number, the number of items, the reason for the return, as well as photos of the opened packaging or sealed packaging (with the security label) for verification, and any other requests. Your return request will be processed within 3 business days.

2. Return the item.

Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be sent to you by email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility . We recommend opting for a carrier offering a tracking number and signature upon receipt, as we are not responsible for lost packages or exchanges.

3. Receive and check your order

It takes 1-2 weeks to process your inspection request. Once your return is received and the inspection is completed, you will be informed of the result of the review of your refund request..

4. Refund

We will process the refund to your payment account once it has been  approved. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. 

If you paid by bank card, we will refund you to that same card upon receipt of your return. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

If you paid by PayPal, we will refund you to your PayPal account upon receipt of your return. The refund will take approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Return fees and additional shipping costs

Returns for any reason 10% of the actual payment amount Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that 10% of the initial payment amount corresponds to the order amount minus service, packaging and shipping costs. This means you will receive a refund of 90% of the initial payment amount.

Cancel orders

To cancel your order, please contact us at  contact@womolighting.fr  for instructions and assistance. Your request will take some time to process. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items

We will not accept returns in the following situations:

1. Without sufficient required information, such as proof of purchase.
2. beyond the 30-day return period after receipt
3. Clearance item or marked as "non-returnable" on the sales page.
4. Assembled.
5. Scratched or damaged due to incorrect unpacking, installation, or cleaning by the user.
6. Damaged by misuse, negligence, intent, and accidents.
7. More than 3,000 EUR.


Items delivered damaged

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 15 days of receiving the product) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it by replacing the defective parts or the fixture, depending on the situation. Please note that photos and/or videos are essential for our team to assess the problems and offer you the best possible solution. If you wish to return the fixture, return shipping costs will be at your expense. We will systematically send you replacement items free of charge, provided we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.

Refund for undelivered items

1. If you have not received your package within 60 business days, you can request a full refund after contacting us by email. If the customer wishes a new shipment due to  an incorrect address provided by them , WOMO will not cover the reshipping costs.

2. The refund will be refused if you do not declare having received the package, even if the carrier has received the receipt. However, we can help you obtain compensation from the carrier by providing you with information on this matter.

3. We do not refund packages lost in transit, but we will send you a brand new replacement package.

One-year warranty

All our products are guaranteed for one year. For any manufacturing defects during this period, please contact us at  contact@womolighting.fr.  The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. WOMO LIGHTING reserves the right to request proof (photos and/or videos) of defective parts and to replace them at its discretion. Only one incident is covered.
