   The protection plan will be automatically transferred to the replacement item.
   
2. What happens if I return my product?
   
   In accordance with our return policy, all products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can return the product via the "My Orders" section in "My Account". Once the return agent has scanned your product, your protection plan will be canceled.
   
3. Can I add a protection plan to a product I have already purchased?
   
   You can purchase a protection plan within 90 days of purchasing an eligible product. To add a protection plan to your original purchase, go to the purchased product page and select the protection plan.

General Return Procedure

   Please send an email to contact@womolighting.fr, stating your order code, the number of items, the reason for the return, as well as photos of the opened or sealed package to verify its condition. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.

   Return the item
   
   Once the return is approved, the return address and packing instructions will be sent to you by email. Return shipping costs are at your expense. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides a tracking number and signature for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

   Receipt and inspection of your return
   
   The inspection process takes 1 to 2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be informed of the refund result.

   Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that the payment organization may take additional time to process and issue your refund.

Shipping and Return Fees

The light bulbs we provide free of charge are high-quality LED bulbs. All light fixtures with dimmers can be filtered on the category pages. In response to customer demand, we have launched the dimmable bulb program, and this exclusive service will be available soon.

If you receive damaged accessories, please contact us promptly for a replacement. We will cover the cost of the replacement, and the accessories will be delivered within 2 weeks.
